Hello, i get this message below. It seems like I don't have internet connection, but this is not right. I have a connection. What is it going wrong?

Can you check if you are logged in on Box Drive and if its is running in the task manager?
Try also connecting to a different network and see if that makes any difference.
If the issue persists, please go ahead and submit a ticket to Product Support so they can further investigate and help in troubleshooting this issue.
