401 Error
Hi - we sent out a couple hundred emails yesterday with a link that worked then and for several people outside of our organization - however as everyone else tries to access it today they are getting a 401 error...this is a huge issue and we need urgent help please!

It went out with the link to the address as the video was enlarged which is provided below. I realize the link from the "share" option is different and much shorter, however, I was unaware it was going out before I added the shorter version. As such, since it worked for everyone all night I wasn't concerned until today's error message. Is there a way to make this link work again so we don't have to resend hundreds and get things further confused?:
