    To confirm, did you follow this article on how to use and markup tools in Box Webapp?

    Can you try using the markup tool on other browser? If that does help, can you try disabling plugins from your browser and see if that makes any difference.

    If the issue persists, would you mind providing us a screenshot or screen recording so we can take a closer look?
