    I wanted to check if you are still having issue receiving the SMS code for your 2FA?

    I've checked with our Product team and there is no issue sending 2FA codes on Box end. If you are still having issue, I suggest checking in with your provider for  any delays. 

    If you need assistance in disabling the 2FA for your account, please go ahead and submit a ticket to our Product Support team here and someone will reach out to you to assist you further.
