Create folder API returns 201 but fails

Hi,

 

Create folder API returns 201 response but we do not see folders created in box. 

I tried removing authorization from headers and it still returns 201 which is not possible. Other API's like return list of folders, etc do seem to work properly. 
Now we cannot see the exact error of failure because of success response and need help/guidance.
