I use Box to upload photography to clients.

Last 2 days the folders I make and upload pictures doesn't show the correct # of files

Uploaded 37 Pics...on main home screen only shows 12 files

Why this # so off

  • Storage Usage Or File Count In My Account Is Incorrect

  I've gone ahead and ran a script that will recount all of the files/folders and how much storage is being used in your Box, it should now be reflecting the correct file count in your folders.
