Box Drive Not Connecting
For the past several days, Box Drive is failing to connect at start up. I am running it on two different Windows 10 machines (one Lenovo and one Surface). The icon sits in the tray with the message "Connecting to Box) but it never completes. This is after starting the machines from a Shutdown state and while nothing else is running. I have an Internet connection, I can browse to Box.com but I can't connect, and because Box Drive is integrated with Windows Explorer, Trying to open a file in Word, just hangs.
I end up having to shutdown and restart. Simply selecting, sometimes, more than once before it connects. When it does connect, it does so right away as if there's nothing wrong.
I sent the logs at least once, but sending them locked up and failed once as well.

This error message can appear to both Box Drive and Box Sync and should you encounter this same error, please follow the steps provided in the article to resolve this issue.
