    I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble opening a file in Box. This would be something Product Support team can investigate so I went ahead and created a ticket for you so that an agent can work directly with you on looking into this.

    I am having problems with files opening.  It is extremely slow.  I can't open 2 files at once.  Box blows up.  How can you help?
