Your password has expired.
Hi,
I got "Your password has expired. Please enter your email address and we will send you steps to create a new one." on some other accounts.
And I didnot use old email so I cannot receive email

Have you tried to request for a password reset link yet to update your Box password?
If not, kindly visit https://app.box.com/reset and enter the email address associated with your Box account. Check your email, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
- Password reset links sent via email expire 3 hours after they are sent. If you need a new link after your current one has expired, visit https://app.box.com/reset to have another link emailed to you.
- If you do not receive an email from Box for this password reset, check to see if your Box account is associated with that specific email address or another email address.
- Also, check your spam folder in your email client for this email.

I make sure my password works. After logging in I get a notification "Your password has expired. Please enter your email address and we will send you steps to create a new one."
I did not ask for a password reset. These are 2 completely different problems.
I am getting error after logging in. And you suggest recovering the password (don't remember the password)

When companies force everyone to reset their passwords it is normally the result of a major security problem.
It would be nice if Box were to come clean about this, the silence is deafening!
