I canceled my phone number without changing without updating my 2-Step Verification. I don't have any way of receiving the confirmation code. How do I go about opening ticket?

  Hello Aira!

  I have the exact same issue and I am not finding where I can change my phone number on Box, as I am able to access it without SMS code from the office only
