can't add email to account
I work at Amazon and there are two emails for the same account (@amazon.com and @amazonstudios.com) and it's not letting me add the second to the first account. Please help.

Welcome to the Box Community!
This can happen if you are trying to add an email that is already linked to separate Box account.
You need to unlink that email from the other account to be able to link it as as secondary email for your Amazon Box.
