I used to have an option "file request" but it disappeared.  Please tell me how I can obtain it again.  Without it, people aren't able to download files to folders I create.

  Box's File Request is a feature that requires a paid subscription to Box. As I've checked, your account is a Personal Free one thus this feature is not available to you.
