Please run script on my account to correct the storage usage calculations.  I'm encountering the known issue that others have written about in the community.

  Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

  I went ahead and ran a script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account. 

  You should now see the correct storage size available in your account.
