Unable to download any files from box account
Hi,
I have a shared account with another company. No problems for years.
I now cannot download any files or folder to my local machine. I can upload without any problem. I can see the files and folders and I can preview them, But I cannot download or open in app. Box drive also will not let me open anything in synced folders.
I have asked the owner to re-add me as an editor. Which he has done. Doesn't solve anything. .
Other users are not having the same issue. They can download fine.
Any thoughts greatly appreciated!

Yes I have looked at the article and run through the steps with no success.
I cannot download any file from Box. I cannot preview .pdfs, but I can preview Excel files. I can upload data, but once I have uploaded it I cannot download it. - It says "download failed" . I can see everything in my Box drive folder but I cannot access any of the content - When i try to open anything from there it says that the file extension may be incorrect.
This is limited to my particular laptop. I can download fine to my phone. Other users can download to their machines using my account credentials.
I am at a loss as to what to do try next
