Reset Password Confirmation or new account confirmation
Hi,
This happens 100% of the time when we set up new accounts and or request password resets. We have two domains, @qep.come & @harrisflooring.com. It works fine to @qep.com.
I have tried all troubleshooting and our Network Administrator has opened up and/or unblocked all suggested domains/email addresses and added to white lists.
This is still happening.

I went ahead and submitted a ticket for the users that you mentioned on this post that are having issue receiving email notification from Box. Kindly check your email for details and updates.
I've noticed that these users are mostly with Personal Box account, moving forward, if anyone in your team are unable to login due to the same issue, please have the affected user go to Support.box.com > Support > Contact Support >. They will then see a line that says "If you are unable to sign in, click here."
This is to make sure that their issue will be handled accordingly and in a timely manner.
