Please reset my file count and storage use

Please run your script to reset my image counts and so that I can reclaim my storage back. I can't believe how long this problem has been ongoing.

  Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

  I went ahead and ran a script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account. 

  You should now see the correct storage size available in your Box.
