How to see where my storage is being consumed

I'm at 98GB/100GB so I'm trying to decide what to delete.  Under All Files I can see all my folders and the number of files they contain, but nothing about how much storage each consumes.  Is there a quick way to determine that without having to touch each file?  Thanks for any tips.

  Welcome to the Box Community!

  You can see the exact file size of each file on the details when you click the folder. Details can be seen on the right part of the screen.
