Hi all, 

I recently finished some work in our box. Can you run the script that resets the file counts so I can see the accurate ones? Thanks!

  Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

  I ran a script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now be seeing the correct storage size available in your Box.
