After setting up 2 factor we have lost access to all our files

TFA has been set up but our folders are gone/unavailable.  Just an invitation to set up TFA with no explanation of the new setup or why we are at a completely different landing page.  Meanwhile, we cannot upload the documents we need to get paid.  No way go get help but through here.  This is beyond frustrating
