    I suggest that your colleague sign in to Support.box.com > Support > Contact Support in order to submit a case.

    The colleague referenced above is no longer with the company. Please open a support ticket to reassign admin so payment information can be updated. If this is not possible we will have to cancel/stop payment on the account.
