Error message: can't invite deactivated user to collaborate

    Hi Chandler,

    Welcome to the Box Community,
     
    If this is the error message that you are getting when inviting a collaborator whose account is deactivated then I suggest that the owner of the account contact 
    us by signing in to Support.box.com > Support > Contact Support in order to submit a case for us to check on.
