"Storage Used" figure incorrect
This is a problem I seem to hit every few months whenever I do a clear out of my files, and it has required Box Support to run a script to fix it. I have previously made the request and it has happened very quickly! But this time I see there is no way to contact Box Support any more for unpaid accounts. Can someone at Box please help?
