Reporting used storage wrong.

To whom it may concern,

What do i have to do to get my account show the right amount of taken storage?

 

I have used 5 gigs of so but Box reports 30 gigs of taken space which is bugging me.

  I'm having a similar issue. My box drive has zero files, yet it reports 3.8 gb is being used. How can I contact someone to fix this? Thank you.
