Need to change account administrator
I've never been so frustrated with trying to contact support for box. I clicked on everything suggested and it just goes in circles to the same page I started in.
I need to change the account administrator for our company. She is no longer with the company and we do not have contact with her.
Can you all please open a ticket for this??

I wanted to comment and say that this is the EXACT issue I am having. I have sent emails to support over and over again with the same response every time. The most frustrating support I have ever dealt with, and that is saying something, I have dealt with a lot of support as I took over the previous employees accounts.
I have opened a new ticket for this!

@Julie, the option to submit a ticket is only available to those that are on paid subscription, and I see that your profile here is linked to a Personal Free Box thus the option to submit a ticket is not showing to you. I've submitted a new ticket on your behalf with Product Support to help address this, kindly check your email for details and updates.
@Mariah, may I know what was the feedback in your ticket from support?
This issue will require some account specific information to address, so a ticket is needed with support to be able to help with your request in changing the Admin of your Box.
