Box Not Syncing on M1 Mac Studio
I just bought a MacStudio (2022), I am running MacOS Monterey v. 12.4, and Box Sync v. 4.0.8057. I also have a MacBook Pro (2019) where I am running the same software. On the MacBook all my files show up just fine (probably thousands of files and folder) and always have. On the Studio, logged in with the same account, just 1 file and no folders show up. I have logged out and logged in several times to no avail. What can I do? If I can't fix this I am going to have to migrate over to Dropbox because I can't work without these files.

For Box Sync, you need to manually mark the files for sync. To do that, please see this article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044196393-Marking-Content-for-Box-Sync

Unfortunately, Box Sync is not supported on M1 devices, as such we are unable to further troubleshoot this issue. We recommend using and installing Box Drive instead which has nearly all of Sync’s capabilities -- including the ability to work offline.
