Box Edit Tools V 4.12

We have many users in our environment that have Box Edit Tools V4.12 (Windows) installed - however it says in Box that the Box Edit Tools program needs to be installed.  We have to manually uninstall and reinstall each time.

Has anyone run into this with V 4.12 and did going to a newer version help?
