Capacity does not decrease even after deleting data.

Dear Box Admin

I completely deleted the data from the trash can as well, but the capacity consumption does not decrease.

What kind of measures can be taken?

  I wish there is DIY way to reclaim space rather than opening a request on public forum with no ETA to fix.
