Not getting Confirmation Mail
My Friend is not getting the Confirmation Mail. So not able to create a ticket also. need help

Hi France a friend of mine is having the same problem as Allen Thomas. My friend received a message to be invited but when he does a login he never receive a confirmation email of BOX.
His email is: emoc@nordika.dk and his name is Eduardo Molica.
We cannot create another account because the acess to a box is only for company emails.Could you help us?
