When inviting collaborators- URLs not support message error message occurs

When inviting collaborators, the following message occurs:  Collaboration invite to "email address" was not sent because URLs are not supported in the invite message. (Our system setting state that URLs are supported in invites.)

Can some share why this is occurring and how I resolve the issue causing it? 

I don't understand why this is happening to know how to fix it.  My collaborators are not receiving the welcome invite to access the folder and they need the information.

  Welcome to Box Community! 

  You seem to be sending an invite message along with your collaboration invite. Currently, can you review your invite message and make sure to remove the URL included in the message?
