Box Drive "Problem Item" Error
完了I have a user getting a warning alert any time they save that reads "New problem item" followed by the file path. Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks!

Turns out mine is caused by my computer now being too old. I can't update beyond High Sierra, and Box Drive apparently doesn't work in that OS anymore.

Box Desktop App Stopped Opening
My Box desktop app suddenly stopped opening. I've reinstalled and reset it multiple times. I submitted a support ticket that has disappeared into cyberspace. Has anyone else had this issue? thanks!
