I too, have an issue with files not syncing between my home desktop and my laptop. Help! Charley Paige

3. Box Sync will not finish syncing

Deleted Box Sync App. Installed. Box Sync synced up and deleted my work document...all 9823 files. everything else was there, just missing my most important files.  Had to copy work files from back...

Box Sync been working fine for several years. THE most important file will not sync with computer. Cannot do any work. VERY frustrated with lack of Tech Support.
