Under screen copy is what appears at the bottom of the page, when I try to upload the file it gives me the upgrade box.

3. Box is saying storage is full (10 / 10 GB used) but i can only see about 3 GB of files

It shows that I am using 2.3GB of 10GB but it says I am out of storage.  forcing me to buy more.  How do I fix it.
