We are excited to announce that Box Canvas began rolling out on April 25, 2023 and completed on June 19, 2023. Canvas is an intuitive, visual collaboration and whiteboarding experience directly within The Box Content Cloud. With infinite space, unlimited canvases, and an intuitive toolset, Box Canvas powers free-form collaboration and gives you the flexibility to create using visual formats or host inclusive, interactive workshops and meetings securely from anywhere, with anyone.

Box Canvas was turned on automatically for customers on a rolling basis beginning with free and paid personal plans.
As we rolled out Canvas, we respected existing setting configurations that have been set and saved in the Admin Console.
