Important: Currently, co-admins with the Edit users' content permission can access Shuttle. This access will be removed on September 15, 2025. After this date, only the Manage Shuttle permission will grant access to Box Shuttle.
Box Shuttle is available in the Admin Console, which means you can access it directly, without the need to log in to a separate solution.
How to access Box Shuttle
To access Box Shuttle:
- In the Admin Console, go to the Content section.
- Go to the Shuttle tab to view the Jobs Dashboard.
Box Shuttle for Co-Admins
You can manage co-admin access to Box Shuttle by enabling or restricting their permissions in the Admin Console.
Enable Box Shuttle
If you want co-admins to access Shuttle, make sure you grant them administrative privileges:
- In the Admin Console, go to Users & Groups > Managed Users.
- Select the user.
- Go to the Role and Access Permissions section:
- In the Role field, select Co-Admin.
- In the Co-Admin Permissions, turn on the Manage Shuttle permission.

Restrict Box Shuttle
To restrict Shuttle for co-admins:
- Deactivate the Manage Shuttle permission for co-admins.
- To fully disable Shuttle, reach out to Box Support.
