We have released a new version of Box for Salesforce, available for download at the Salesforce AppExchange. Included in v4.47 are:
- Added a new invocable method for Salesforce Flow actions to rename Box folders
- Added “Box Access Levels” Custom Settings that allows mapping of specific Salesforce access levels to Box collaborator roles
- Added dashboards around Sign and FRUP usage
- Box Sign Display Settings now allows Sender’s Role and Order of Signing to be modified
- Added descriptions for the Box App User permissions set
- Improved performance on loading times for Box component
- Improved assorted error handling messages
- Fixed assorted minor issues
Note: Box released enhancements to its public collaboration APIs, which will break older versions of the integration (v3.54 and lower). Therefore we strongly recommend:
- For all customers using Professional Edition, upgrade to v3.56.
- For all other customers, upgrade to the latest version of Box for Salesforce, as older versions are no longer supported.
