What's New
Sign Recipient Groups
We’ve added support for Box Sign recipient groups in the Box for Salesforce package, enhancing signature workflows. Recipient groups allow a signature request to move forward as soon as any one member of a group signs or approves, improving completion rates.
What this enables:
- Create recipient groups by adding multiple recipients and selecting “Add as a recipient group”. Recipient groups enable a signature request to move forward as soon as any one member of a selected group completes their action.
- All recipients within the recipient group share a common Group ID, and you can view signer logs and request status in Sign records in Salesforce.
- Recipient groups can be created via Flow actions, with a sample template flow provided.
- Supported in Sign actions in Box for Agentforce.
