Box has redesigned the administrator user experience for unmanaged and external users to make managing them faster and easier. For a short period of time, administrators will be able to toggle between the new design and the legacy design. However:
- The legacy design is deprecated and will soon be EOL'd (end of life).
- Prior to the legacy design EOL, any new features or improvements to user and group management will be made in the new designs only.
We strongly encourage Box administrators to work in the new designs.
New Design Toggle
As an admin, you will see this button when viewing the External Users tab in Users & Groups:
You can revert back to the legacy design at any time by using this button when viewing the External Users tab in Users & Groups when External Users is selected from the drop-down list:
You can toggle back and forth at any time and as often as you want.
