Adobe Express for Box Beta Version

Adobe Express is a design, photo, and video tool that makes content creation easy. 
Adobe Express for Box enables you to edit images, and save those edits in Box, all without needing to download those files to your local device.

Enabling and Disabling Adobe Express for Box Beta Version in your Organization

If you're the Box admin of your organization, you can enable and disable the Adobe Express for Box Beta version. After disabling the integration, you can later re-enable it.

To enable or disable the Adobe Express for Box Beta version:

1. In the left sidebar of your admin console, click Integrations. 
2. At the top of the Integrations window, click Box Integrations & Clients window.
3. In the Adobe Express for Box section, click Configure.
4. If you have not already done so, accept the Main Beta agreement.
5. Click On for all managed users.
6. Under Individual Integration Controls, find Adobe Express for Box.
7. Beside Adobe Express for Box, click the status, then select the status you want to apply.
8. Click Save.

Enabling Adobe Express for Box Beta Version for Specific People or Groups your Organization

If you're the Box admin of your organization, and the Adobe Express for Box Beta version is enabled in your organization, you can use the admin console's Application Settings to enable the integration for specific groups and specific Box account holders in your organization.

Accessing Adobe Express for Box Beta Version in your Organization

If you're a Box account holder, and your Box admin has enabled the Adobe Express for Box Beta version for your organization, you can access Adobe Express through your Box All Files window.

To access Adobe Express for Box Beta version:

1. In your Box All Files window, open an image or video file.  Box displays the file in Preview mode.
2. In the top of the Preview window, click Open, then select Adobe Express.  Box displays the file in the Adobe Express window.
