Relay: Manual Start workflows with start time task assignment/collaboration

In the near future, we will be releasing the ability for workflow builders to create "manual start" workflows that can be manually triggered by an end user in the Box webapp. With this capability, you will be able to defer all task assignment and collaborator additions to the start time (instead of workflow creation time), enabling you to more programmatically support variations of assignees/collaborators.
