Users are now able to copy a Hub, allowing them to duplicate a Hub's structure, layout, and branding in seconds. This capability is perfect for creating standardized templates or quickly creating similar Hubs for different projects and ensures consistency while saving significant time.
Copying a Hub copies the full structure, pages, and layout of the original Hub, along with branding elements like icons and background images, and all content blocks and link preview configurations. To maintain security, files and folders will only be copied over if you have Editor or above permissions on those items. Collaborators and specific Hub permissions are not included in the copy functionality.
Admins can manage copy permissions via Global Presets, and Hub co-owners have the ability to restrict copying within individual Hub settings.
