Box enables you to manage platform applications in your deployment. Here you can:
- Authorize new platform apps
- View server and user authentication apps, including enablement status
From the Admin Console > Platform > Platform Apps, you can view:
- The name of your app
- The developer email address
- The authentication method of the app
- When the app was last updated
- Whether the app is authorized, pending authorization, not authorized or declined
- The app's enablement status
Manage apps
- Click into the Admin Console.
- In the left sidebar, click Platform.
- From the top of the window, select the Platform Apps tab.
- Select either Server Authentication Apps or User Authentication Apps.
To add a platform app to your enterprise, select Add + on the right-hand side of the screen, then enter the Client ID of the app you would like to add.
