Contacting Billing
Hi,
We mistakenly bought another license to our account and when clicking on "Contact Billing" it takes me to this support page with no place to contact billing. Please cancel and refund the last seat purchased a few minutes ago on our account. Thanks.

I understand that you've mistakenly bought another license, and wish to cancel your account. To cancel your account, please follow the steps in this article: Canceling Your Box Account
For your refund request, you may email our team at cancel@box.com or submit a support case here with our Billing Team(please make sure to login to your paying Box account to access the option of submitting a ticket)
