Box Drive not syncing/unable to download files
Over the past month, the performance of our box drive accounts have been declining. Box drive does not appear to sync well between different machines (file saved on one machine does not save on another). It also becomes impossible to download files. This has occurred on multiple machines (windows and mac) with multiple users, so it does not appear to be due to one type of system. We've quit and then restarted Box Drive, but still the issue persists. Any suggestions would be appreciate.

Kindly reach out to your internal helpdesk or IT team for further assistance on looking into this. If they are unable to help resolve the issue, your primary contact to Box may submit a ticket to Box Support on your behalf to further investigate the issue with your Box Drive.
