    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    I checked your profile and I see that your email is linked to a Personal Free Box account. If you need to migrate your account into Amazon's Corporate Box instance, you need to reach out to their Box Admin (or contact their internal helpdesk so they can point you to the right person) as they can manually add you in the Admin Console > Users and Group > Managed users list which will prompt an invitation for you to join their Box Enterprise account as a managed user.

    Once the Admin has sent the invitation, you have to login to your Box in Box.com and accept the invite, once you've accepted, your account will be rolled in to their Box instance.
