"Unable to fetch 2-step verification information..."
Hey there -
I'm trying to set up 2FA. When I visit Account Settings > Account > 2-Step Verification, I see the following message: "Unable to fetch 2-step verification information. Please refresh and try again." I tried refreshing, but the message still appears.
I've tried over the course of several days, is there some underlying admin setting that must be changed for me to turn it on, or might this be a bug?

To resolve this issue, can you please try these tips:
- Update your browser to the latest version
- Clear your browser's cache
- Disable any plugins on your browser
- User Box with an alternate browser, computer or network
- Temporarily disable any internet security/firewall programs to test whether they conflict with Box (note: you may need clearance/assistance from your organization’s IT department/helpdesk to do this)
