Merger external user email with internal user email account
I have a user with two box accounts and I need to merge them together (one was a personal email address(external user) they originally was invited to and then another with work email which created another internal box account). I'd like to merge them together and use the work address as her primary account. Is this possible? I am an admin but don't see an option to merge.

Hi Khatera,
Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!
There is not a direct way to merge these two accounts in Box , but what you can do, If you have admin privileges to manage users, you can invite your personal account (external account) to be a managed account of your organization following this article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044195233--Invite-Existing-Box-User-Message-When-Adding-User
Once added, you may choose to delete the personal account and you will have the option to move its owned contents into your work account. Please be reminded that when you delete the account, and transfer its contents, these contents will be inaccessible during the transfer, but once completed they should be accessible to you again. Furthermore, 'collaborations' is not preserved, upon deletion, your personal account is completely removed from the folders that it had access to as a collaborator and this action is irreversible by Box.
For more details on this 'delete and transfer' process, please take a look at this article: Deleting Managed Users
Hope this information help!
All the Best,
