Storage reset
Hello - the display says I have used 9.8 GB of my 10GB limit but when I add up all my folders that I own it totals 4.8 GB.
I've seen the article https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043695334-Storage-Usage-Or-File-Count-In-My-Account-Is-Incorrect - can someone please reset my storage?

The issue you encounter seems indeed related to what is described in this article:
I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now see the correct storage size available in your Box.
