5 Files in Menu but folder empty
We have various folders and when we view the list under the Size column it shows how many files are within each folder. One folder however says it has 5 Files but when we open the folder there are no files there. Another folder says it has 6 Files but when we open the folder there are only 4 files. The first issue is the most critical please.

The issue you encounter seems related to what is described in this article:
- Folder storage size
- Folder file counts (ex. the folder has 5 items, but it says it only has 4 in it)
- "Updated by" person (ex: user John last updated a file, yet it still says that the person who edited it before him was the last to update it)
I've ran the script that will recount all of the files in your folders and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now see the correct value in your Box.
