REFUND PLEASE
Hi,
I had to share a video for a science conference through box as requested by another university. I had accidently signed up to a business account, because I couldn't find the option for the free account and immediately cancelled the account.
48 hours later I was charged EUR 364.50, for 3 Business Account Licenses!
I am a university student and cannot pay my rent this month because of this.
I would appreciate if you could facilitate a refund as soon as possible.
