Hello.

I am currently using a free license and am considering upgrading to a Business Plus plan.
While researching the plans, I noticed that it is cheaper to upgrade my current account to the Business Plus plan than to create a completely new account and join the Business Plus plan. Is this difference just a promotion? Also, are they the exact same plans?
